You have to understand this is like a discount barn or even a flea market. It's not fancy or splashy. Service is adequate but not outstanding. Salespeople will go out of their way to make a sale. You will get a name brand appliance at a good price and that's about it. They have a \set in place\ delivery service. We have purchased a fridge and a dishwasher here and happy with both. Recommend looking online and then coming to the store for purchase. Remember ... You come here for the price. Nothing more.

This really is a nice area rug that I've purchased from BRANDSMART USA four months ago, and to think I only paid 117 and some cents for this rug, it absolutely matches the color to my laminate heather gray floor tiles, (which I've also purchased from Floor & Decor's) it looks really good sitting dead center in my living room, underneath my living room coffee table. Thanks BRANDSMART USA.

Great place to shop. If you need Appliances, ask for Glenford Moguel! He is an excellent sales person and very professional in his dealings! Prices are reasonable and availability is great. Bought a few appliances and will buy more if I need something!

The outside vendors they us to delivery my washers and dryer have very horrible customer service. They aren't well trained to take care of customers at all call there phone and one of there worker told me they don't have time for this and place me differently on hold. While I was letting him no my problem I patiently waited about 20 mins and young man never came back to the phone
