Such a great place, everyone's so solid and welcoming. Came in out the blue and tried out a open mat MMA, great instructor and excellent facility. Cant wait to get back into it.

Exceptional staff, world class trainers and a world class sparring partners, very welcoming gym for all levels starting from beginner all the way to professional.
First time kickboxing today and went straight into sparring sessions. Definitely threw myself into the deepend but from the receptionist to the coaches, trainers and other people training everyone was super welcoming and accommodating for a complete newbie like me. Will be signing up for the rest of the quarter. Highly recommend.
