I walked through the entrance under the huge post office sign and waited for ages in the queue at the counter to be told that the post office was actually upstairs. I had to wait for ages in that queue too when I was in a hurry. I did have a look on the way out and couldn’t see any obvious signs at the \Post Office\ entrance to direct folk to the actual post office so better signage please.

The post office is one the first floor. Staf was a bit on the edge
The Service is just so good The Staff always give a great Service With smile. Credit to the Postal Service !!!! When it was at Murray place the staff & site was sad with no heart. Now above WHSmiths Its handy & Friendly.
