In reality, a dangerous place to visit. The staff obviously don't care that their behaviour could easily lead to the deaths of some customers. The staff were either covering their chins with masks(!), or else not wearing them at all. The 2 women in the M&S shop were too busy chatting to each other to make space to pass. In the entrance way, 2 men were also talking, (at least about work this time), but were blocking the entrance lane. They made no effort to move out of the way or even acknowledge our presence. I wonder if M&S are aware of the impression that this place gives of M&S's commitment to their customers.

I have issues with my son being dairy and soya free, several times I've gone into different Greggs and asked what he would be ok to eat, each time the staff have handed me some ring binder with all their nutritional data in and I've had to flick through. Surely this should be common knowledge amongst staff what is safe to eat and what isn't, being dairy free isn't exactly that uncommon. It would certainly speed up time at the counter as well so other people don't have to wait on me flicking through the pages trying to find something he can eat, then ask if they have that item. Both times I've ended u leaving with a packet of crisps too.. which is annoying in itself.
