I bought a child car seat online yesterday with free demo for fitting it. It 2as so simple. I booked a time slot and turned up. The store assistant contacted the person demonstrating with no problem. Mark came along, completed the relevant answers to questions on a form & showed me how yo git the seat safely. He was very professional and was really pleasant and helpful. I bought (without a doubt) the most beautiful mountain bike in the world from here (see attached photo for confirmation). Being serious, though, the staff were so wonderful. I had visited a few times for advice on the best bike to get and they had always taken the time to guide me. I had never gotten the sense that they were only being helpful so that I would be more willing to buy stuff from their shop, which is a quality that I think is so important for building trust with the customer. In conclusion, if you're wanting to buy a fresh, new bike (road, mountain or hybrid), or you need one checked over, I would recommend this store for the friendly staff alone!
