Run down and a complete shambles. Attended a birthday party recently whereby there was another event in the next room. The Rugby Club advised our party that the patrons from the other event are known to cause trouble and they would provide security. At no point was there security on the door, allowing the two parties to mix. The birthday party was completely ruined as yes, the patrons from the other event did indeed come through to the birthday party and attack people. No apology offered from the Rugby Club. Nothing but denial and deflecting the blame. I would certainly NEVER book an event in this venue or set foot in the place again! Disgrace!
