Don't be tempted by their offer to obtain your repeat prescriptions and order them for you to collect, as they quite often don't have the staff available to process the orders despite them telling you it's ready for collection. This has happened twice recently. Every time I'm in they have to be reminded that my prescription is required every two months and today, whilst advising me that my prescription was in some six weeks before it was due, they told me they had nothing for me. They are organised along the same lines as Teresa May's Brexit proposals!!

Disgusting attitude from store manager Natasha and the male who works there is incompetent of manners. Formal complaints sent to head office. An embarrassment to healthcare and customer service. I feel sorry for other staff working there
Always helpful and friendly. Have phoned the doctors on my behalf when any repeat prescriptions haven't reached them within a reasonable timeframe. Order any meds not in stock for pick up the following day.
THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE ALSO I'D HONESTLY SAY ITS THE BEST CHEMIST IN STIRLING!!!!
