Turned up as an emergency having never been here before. My girl was mid heat stroke and nearly gone, the vet was ready and waiting in the car park, took my dog and they saved her life. Words cannot express how grateful we are, all the staff were amazing and kept us up to date, they even text me at 22:30 to let me know how my girl was. Thank you to Zara who went a thousand extra miles for us. Highly recommended they truly care for animals.

I was recommended to vale vets by a friend. I was absolutely over the moon with the service I recieved by reception and the vet, and especially in a pandemic. Knowledgeable, professional, organised, amazing handling with my dogs, made them feel welcome and calm especially as one of my dogs has nervous behavioural issues. Will defianetly be keeping with you guys even If I moved from the area again. Thank you so much.

Great Experience as Usual. Reception Staff are always helpful and friendly. The vets are all very knowledgeable and do a great service in looking after and treating your pets.

I would have fed back directly, but their website doesn't make it easy. Very poor experience from the staff working on reception 10.02.21 when picking up pet after operation. Rude and unhelpful, especially when told we had insurance to cover the bill, even though they were informed when pet was dropped off. Left us waiting 50 minutes in the carpark for pet because they hadn't passed the information to the veterinary staff. Having gone back in to ask where our pet was they laughed, but no apology. Having been customers for years we'll be going elsewhere next time.
