Came in here to get a great amount of pet items. An employee came up to us because my mask had fallen and told me to put my mask up. Also told my fiance to pull his mask up higher. Then proceeded to tell me that my special needs child needed a mask and that next time we needed to order online. Never have i had an issue in any other store except this one. Will not be going back to this location.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, we always enjoy talking to them. Occasionally it can get a little busier and more hectic than can be managed in a reasonable amount of time but overall they are pretty attentive and we really appreciate them. They always have the cat food that my indoor long hair cats need - Royal Canin Hair & Skin Care - (most other foods cause vomiting with at least one of them) and it doesn't cost anymore than ordering off Amazon (if Amazon even has it). We'd been looking for a while to get some shrimp for my daughter's fish tank, they let us know when they expected to have some in stock again we were excited to finally get some. But the real star of her tank has become this tiny little guy, from a live birth in one of their tanks. They let us just take him home, knowing he wouldn't do well in their tanks. He's so tiny and cute and we love hunting for him every day. It really is the little things!
We have had a very healthy fish tank for years. Every time we’ve bought a fish from this location they have died within hours of bringing them home. We decided to try again since the pet store we usually go to didn’t have the type of fish we wanted. Sure enough, 7 hours later, the fish was dead. The care that is provided to these fish is little to none and the fact they are selling sickly fish is unbelievable. Go somewhere else.
My fiancé and I came to get some fish for our 80 gallon aquarium and nobody asked if we needed help with the fish even though we looked at the tanks for 20 minutes. A worker did make a comment because my fiancé’s mask slid below his nose while he was trying to see the fish in the upper tank. He apologized and pulled it up immediately, and said he doesn’t have to wear them all the time. The worker said oh yeah, well you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do. Not once did he fight her on wearing one. We’ve both worked retail for years and this comment was rude and unacceptable.
Sara did a AWESOME job on my Raggy! I didn't have enough cash to tip her! I'll be back and request her again and tip her very well! Thank you again Sara
