Finding a yoga studio that you can connect with us not easy. For me yoga is not just about the looks of the studio, but the overall vibe of the place and most importantly the quality of instructors and experience that I will gain from the class and people. I have attended numerous yoga studios in the local Atlanta area and in different countries, but Still Hot Yoga has by far been my favorite place to practice because of the instructors. Quality is very important for me and especially when it comes to Yoga and creating the correct foundation for my long life practice. This is one of the very few studios I have been to where I don't feel like the studio is all about getting money and fitting as many people into a class they can. You can genuinely feel and see how the instructors care about their students. They give feedback in the most positive and constructive way that makes you feel you all are in this together on the journey of self improvement. I think it's important that yoga instructors not only give you feedback on how you can improve, but also acknowledge when you are doing well. This studio does a fabulous job of balancing the two. Clay and his team are amazing! I love how they walk around the room and make adjustments and guide you into each posture setting you up for success and to get the most out of the practice, which is very hard find in many yoga studios. My yoga excelled after attending this studio for almost two years!
Great people! I love taking classes here. All the teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are lots or mirrors to work on alignment, and I love the new rubber floors. It’s also a great value compared to other local studios.
Still Hot is a great Bikram community! I joined about 3 years ago and I can honestly say that I’ve always had a great experience. The instructors are professional and prompt and really challenge you to do your best work at your own pace! I definitely highly recommend this place to all!
I was on a work trip to Atlanta and decided to take a class at Still Hot yoga. The studio/staff/class were all excellent. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back on my next work trip to Atlanta!
