It was a chance encounter that got us working with Gagan. And boy, was that a lucky one! Gagan was on time for all our meetings and provided a clear break down of project specs and estimated timelines. While there were slight delays to the project, I realized that the same were due to the COVID019 situation which put a strain on material availability. The team did pull out all stops to ensure that they completed the project within 3 weeks (the original estimate was 2 weeks), but within the original budget agreed. I don't see any reason why I'd speak to anyone else for our future reno projects.

We hired Simply Exquisite team to do our main floor reno which included taking down a load bearing wall, gutting down the whole kitchen and putting up new kitchen, new flooring, building a fireplace, installing under mount range hood (down draft ) putting up a coffered ceiling, feature walls, putting up a new staircase etc...etc...and more. The job was quoted for 6 to 8 weeks but it took a couple weeks extra because we had to finalize the permit from the city other than that they were extremely accommodating to our needs and did the job very precisely and professionally, i'd say they really exceeded our expectations, went way beyond what we had on mind and they were very pleasant to deal with, always picked up our calls and were always there for us, I will recommend Richie, Gagan and their team to anyone who needs to do any kind of renovation like their name they were simply exquisite!!!!
