I have never been disappointed in the service here. The staff are always friendly and helpful and if something is not in stock, they take your details and contact you as soon as it arrives. Christmas here is always special as they dedicate a whole area towards Christmas and the Santa’s Grotto was a huge hit with all of my children through the years. The cafe/restaurant has always served excellent meals, great portion sizes and good coffee. It is clean and very well presented. I see from Margaret’s review below that she was dissatisfied with the food and prices, after looking at her many reviews of KFC, McDonald’s and Costa I don’t honestly believe she would know what a good quality meal looked like, or even tasted like if it was served by a Michelin Chef! I wonder if she actually approached the staff and made a complaint? If you are going to negatively review something, have the decency to explain why, in detail, and what action was taken to resolve the issue by the staff at the time so a honest review can be made. Oh, nearly forgot.....armed forces etc get discount in the store here.
Good choice of reasonable priced plants and Christmas trees with and without roots. Also excellent range of decorative plant pots at brilliant price. Friendly staff and good size car park.
Great cafe but could do will a ceiling to posh it up a bit. Good range of products - excellent hot chocolate.
