They use community service to do work NAC council workers should be doing instead of tasking people placed on community service with doing work that would benefit everyone like clearing our beaches of plastic waste also our country lanes and the verges of bypasses etc they occasionally do litter picking but maybe they should try and do more to help our environment, also we need to remember people whom are given hours to do at community service are not clients as the justice system names them they are convicted criminals found guilty in a court of law not CLIENTS also all whom are sentenced to do community service should be wearing a boiler suit stating community service on the back so it is clear to the community whom they are, let's do what community service was originally set up to do and that is punish a convicted criminal and task them to actualy work for society
All you do in cs is drive about burning fuel all day and they just rob stuff from food parcel donations the gaffers aint much better and not like they can be breached.
