Very helpful staff in store and on phone. Unfortunately they could not bring my 11 year old DVD/ Recorder back to life BUT at no point did they try to sell me a new TV e.g. highly recommend.

Phoned ordered and paid for a new condenser tumble dryer, it was delivered to me less than 4 hours later, unpackaged and installed! The same price as I could get it online for but online quickest delivery was in a week's time! Excellent service from a local company. Not the first time my family has had excellent service from this local company. Well done again Stevensons.
Washing machine gave up on us Friday morning, called Stevenson’s who were able to install and recycle the old one for less than John Lewis / AO.com, and they had a replacement installed before lunchtime the same day (John Lewis quoted 6 days). Fast, friendly and professional local service at competitive pricing, can’t ask for much more than that! Thank you!
