What an amazing experience. Needed new bearings for a bike I just brought and he was so helpful. Never had such good customer service. Wish we got his name too say a more personal thankyou. If I could put 10 stars i would! Thankyou so much stevenage cycles.
Great kind staff however he needs to gain more knowledge on bicycle types.... the bicycles were in good quality and ready for use
