Very good service, we initially went in for a test drive and were looked after by Faheem, he was very professional and knowledgeable About the cars, took us out and let us both have a drive, a few weeks later I enquired about a longer test drive and Faheem went out of his way to get us a 48hr drive of a Mini Cooper s, absolutely amazing car and service. Faheem was polite, courteous and very helpful. Mini are lucky to have someone like this working for the. Great service and great car. Thanks

Went in to look for a Mini for our daughter and bought one for ourselves. This is the third car we have bought from Specialist Cars. We received excellent service from Emily. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and has an excellent sense of humour. The cars are all sanitised before you can take them out and the showroom operates a one way system to maintain social distancing. Emily helped us to make an appropriate selection and didn’t pressure us to buy something that didn’t meet our needs. We were offered refreshments while we discussed the vehicles. When we collected the car, Emily showed took us through the main functions of the touch screen entertainments/ navigation/ phone interface. (Not an easy task when you have to stand a metre away from the car!!) Everything was very professional and we were very happy with the Covid precautions. A very good experience. Thank you Emily (Don’t forget we still need a car for Sian)

I unexpectedly found myself needing a new car just as the second lockdown began. I saw a car listed as ‘coming soon’ on Specialist Cars Mini and spoke to Matt. He very quickly sent me a video of the car and I reserved it the same day. During these strange times I wasn’t sure how the process would work but Specialist Cars made it so easy! Regular phone calls and email updates telling me what to do at each stage of the process, finance was completed securely online. I dealt with Matt and Kate during the purchase and they were both wonderful. Matt dealt with the initial finance application and Kate dealt with the handover and finer details, queries etc. I had a ‘mishap’ moving the car on collection day but Kate dealt with it brilliantly, she was so sweet and considerate, I can’t thank her enough. From seeing the car online to driving away took just under two weeks, I’m really impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you so much.
