I have bought from them before and the item was lovely and received really quickly. This time it did not fit that was 2 months ago!!!It was sent back...nothing I have sent proof of postage...nothing countless emails...nothing now a phone call what do we think. All I want is my refund! Next week I will have to go through PayPal

The reviews speak for themselves .. . Customer service is zero . BOUGHT once and never again. A company that doesn't seem to learn on how to communicate with its customers . We eventually got a refund, but it took a car journey to the premises, 9 emails , and many many Facebook messages and then finally a public campaign by myself on all their advertising posts on social media to eventually get resolution. Emails never answered , the phone never answered. Active on social media yet unable to respond to customer queries. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received from a company.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Had to return some boots as they didn't fit. Boots were received back by the company - which they confirmed eventually after I emailed them to check. However I ended up having to go through PayPal to receive my refund! I waited over 4 weeks before doing this so gave them plenty of opportunity to sort it out.Obviously PayPal found in my favour. I can honestly say I've never experienced such bad service and looking at reviews on here I am not the only one.

Waiting on a refund. Bought a few items, the boots were not in stock. Not an issue except they took 4 days to tell me this and I told them to cancel the whole order. I received the rest of the items a few days later. Not what I told them to do. They said they would process the refund straight away. Still no sign over a week later. Had to start a PayPal dispute. No reply to emails now!

Orderd some Ariat boots and was emailed a few days later to inform me that they were out of stock and wouldn’t be available for a few week. Cancelled the order and was informed that the refund would take between 10-14 days. This is way to long to wait for a refund especially as by the 14 day I still hadn’t received my refund. It took a few emails and a call to customers services. Finally six days later was refunded. It’s not fair to make your customers wait so long to get payment back. Was waiting on my 120 as really need to buy replacement boots. Your accounts dept are seriously letting you down.
