Bought a tv in January, a line appeared across the screen within a month. Took 2 hours to get through to customer services, no explanation given about what would happen apart from a text saying someone will come to us 4 days later, assumed it was for a repair or replacement. But driver turned up & took tv away and said it will be back in 7 days! Tried to ring customer services but got cut off. Lockdown with no tv for a week. Disgusting service.

The guys in carphone warehouse were so knowledgeable. I'd been researching all day but they were able to go one step further and compare it to my current phone, what I would miss and what I would gain. Great customer service and no pushy sales. Thanks!

Can't tell you a lot about the store.... But their click and collect drivethrough works brilliantly. It's a great idea for these covid times. Roll up.. log in... Pop boot ... Drive off ... No contact. Superb

Currys PC World is rather strangely a relaxing place to visit. Very easy to find and good parking. Ryan who served me was very friendly and helpful. I was very good and only purchased the washing machine I had gone in for but there were lots of nice things I could spend my money on. Here's to the next visit.
