Stern and Edlin Family Law, P.C.

I called about a specific visa application and the receptionist said a it is 250 to talk to an attorney and they don't take employment based cases. If you don't know what I'm referring and have not legal knowledge it's best to just stick to what you know. Maybe you need to transfer the call to a paralegal whom is at least more knowledgeable about the names and terms of certain applications. Update** This was regarding a family matter. Your receptionist made assumptions about what a K1 visa is. If she didn't know she should have transferred the call not said we don't handle that assuming it was an employment visa. Even when I tried to explain that to her she refused to transfer me telling me they did not handle those types of visas.
