Placed order just over 2 weeks ago as this company was recommended to us. I am disappointed because the didn’t deliver all of the items we had paid for. Upon ringing them they said that’s fine we will have it out to you before 12 on the day you need it. Well that didn’t happen it’s still sat at the curriers. I ended up having to find the products else where so could get the work done as planned!

The kit arrived early and it was in immaculate condition. The instructions were easy to follow, but I did call SterlingBuild for a bit of advice and they were really helpful. The result is excellent, as you can see. This is my genuine opinion: I think they do a first class job.

PVC Roof windows purchased to replace old and breached timber ones. Simple and quick buying experience, goods arrived on time and in very good condition. Installer and us both pleased with the quality of the windows. Just be careful getting the right flashing kit as the suggested one for tiles wasn't actually deep enough for our tiles - luckily our builder was with us as we ordered and spotted a different flashing kit which fitted.

We ordered two Velux windows. The price was good, delivery was quick and not at an excessive extra charge to our (remote) area, much appreciated. One of the windows had a damaged catch, Sterling Build promptly arranged a replacement part. Easy to contact and excellent service - Thank you.

Fantastic products at low prices and tremendous customer service. Could not fault them - will use many times again now that I have found them. Installed two roof lights in existing garage roof - one fixed and one electric opening - very easy. Highly recommended.
