This place is the one I always prefer. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The crew is very friendly and the cooking they place on your table is so good. I never decline to have a nice meal here. Highly recommended.
This place was excellent until we found a roach in our food. We'll definitely no longer be visiting this location, or any others in the future. I would suggest the same to others.
Snowing day, it was empty but when I walked in 3 ladies looked at me and started to speak Spanish. I guess they weren’t expecting anyone. So I asked them if they are open. Anyways I ordered my food for to go because I didn’t want to sit there alone with 3 employees. Food was just okay , they use so much oil.I had better lomo saltados for sure. I don’t think I will go there again.
Although hidden away in the Sterling Plaza, Tipicos Dona & Gloria is a low key friendly location for a Hispanic meal with flavor and style. Be prepared to unbuckle your belt straps because the food is prepared to satisfy customers looking for an authentic Hispanic meal. The menu offers a variety of platters that will satisfy your pallet. It has an in-house bar for those wanting a drink with their meals or for a small social gathering. Now, this location is not your typical sports bar interior, it's pretty plain in appearance and function with wide open space for a small group. There is a dining area off to the side for those wanting to dine. In any case, its a decent location.
