We've used Sterling Pure for about 15 years. The overall service is very good, deliveries are on time and personnel polite and efficient. Occasional hiccups (few over the 15 years) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by Rema and Vikki. Especially appreciated the deliveries, and how they were handled, during the Covid-19 situation.

They are not at all paying attention towards costumer requirement. I placed order last Monday they said they will deliver on Friday, however they didn't. This is not the first time. They take order and then they have tendency to forgot the same. On querying about the same they simply said that they never get a call to hide their mistake.They ain't sorry at all and arguing without giving a thought that for drinking water we have a dependency on them and simply said they cannot delivery. To my surprise being in the service industry how come someone is so careless and rude.
