A family member has just had an unnecessary, unpleasant customer service experience with the Sterling Holidays Company. If you are considering making a booking with Sterling Holidays and Resorts, you are strongly advised to obtain the following information in writing: 1. Is the cancellation process fully automatic (like the booking procedure) or is it manual - we were told that the cancellation process is manual. 2. How much is the exact time taken to refund your money? 3. How will the refund be paid? Will it be paid by automatic transfer or by demand draft or cheque? Are you given a choice? You may find it useful to read the reviews about Sterling Holidays and Resorts on Mouthshut and Complaints Board. There is also an interesting, perhaps relevant article in The Hindu on 23/05/2019 regarding the level of customer of service for this particular company. As a consumer: to be forewarned is to be forearmed!

Good property to enjoy holiday with family
Good resort.. comfortable & cosy rooms... beautiful lotus pond...inhouse resturant... nice view of Godavari river...overall was a good experience...
Marketing at its worst I brought a Hyundai car last month.. i rec'd a call from your sales saying that you are giving free holiday voucher for selected 30 ppl.. i was asked to visit the Hyundai dealer. As expected i was shown the holiday package of around 78laks.. but to my goodluck it was reduced to 3laks ad a special offer for the day..Who makes a holiday deal of 3lakhs in 1day??? I refused.. Remaining question for the holidays vouchers..It was only a trap to attract clients as it was for few limited resorts and only in off season time.. like rainy season. Shame on you.. just 0lay with sentiment of the people.
