We started a house purches process half a year ago and still do not know what is happening. We have once passed mortgage offer expiry date but have been lucky that it was extended due to the covid, but now the file sits over 2 weeks with case manager to review and no progress whatsoever. And now they stopped responding to our emails, completely ignoring us. Everyone in the chain has completed the proces long time ago... Avoid!

Called and emailed multiple times. Never got through. It's been some months as well.
Refused my case as saying small dispute. I felt as if they are discriminating as I am a Asian. Stay away from these guys. They just look for the big boy game.
Cannot fault the service. From the outset Jackie was understanding and empathetic. Offered sounds advice and helped source quality individuals to support the case (social workers and barrister). And she's very nice :)
