Excellent service. The staff were wonderful and so helpful even though I spent weeks in and out of the store unable to decide what I wanted. Eventually I bought a beautiful Seiko Turtle automatic. It's really hard to choose a watch online as you have to actually see one to appreciate it so I recommend you go into this store. Marvellous people, great buying experience.

Treated myself to a new Hamilton watch recently. I knew the model I wanted, and after double checking various online suppliers found Stephen Hughes had by far the better price. Really pleased, as I prefer to support local retailers where possible. The staff were just great, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit.
I met Emma today, she was so lovely, helpful and happy to help with my purchase for my special occasion. I also liked the space where I sat down to try on the jewellery.
I was overwhelmed when I went in this shop my husband bought me a ring and also I'm buying matching necklace staff lovley and polite no pressure I will be going back
