My friend checked into Step by Step January 2020 and I truly believe this is the only reason he is with us today. All the team are simply amazing from the first call to the day he left they were available to us all for advice or simply to chat. The professionalism is beyond anything I’ve seen and they made a very emotional time one of positivity and hope. Words cannot express how highly I recommend Step by Step. My friend has just celebrated his first year sober and he is now living a very happy and healthy life. All I can say is Thank you from the bottom of my heart

This place was almost a last resort for us. I can't fault the program, the staff, the food and the set up. My son came out a different person. However, you need to find out for yourself about the programme set for your loved one after the 28 days is over and ensure it is adhered to, as my son is back to his old drug taking self now after only a few weeks of leaving the building! We didn't know what we/he were supposed to be doing, so we didn't know he wasn't following the plan. We have been in touch to find out what we should do now, but to be fair, he has left them now and it's a business....
Step by step recovery aka the lighthouse is just one amazing place. The whole team and set up are first class. My wife has struggled with severe alcohol addiction for many years, the lighthouse team were like a breath of fresh air offering support not just to my wife but the whole family. The location, premises, food, personalised treatment plans, family engagement went well beyond what was expected. My wife is now doing fantastically well, involved with the aftercare plans and has made friends and support networks for life. Thank you lighthouse team for saving a life and helping a family get their wife and mum back. My wife’s hard work continues with the support you set the foundations of.
We can only say wonderful things about this amazing place. The lighthouse helped our daughter regain her life and helped her realise her potential because she very nearly did not have a life. How much of a gift can that be...... everything . They are experts in the what they do, and are rigorous in their execution of their promise to bring loved ones back to you healthy and with a new purpose to their life ...
