Positives: Beautiful flowers! Perfectly packaged as expected. I waited to write review so I could give a fair review. 2 weeks post delivery these flowers are still blooming. A wee change of position into vases with fresh water has kept them going. Excellent value for money. Not quite so good: I awarded 4 stars as the delivery was left on my friend's doorstep when I had requested to be left with a neighbour if my friend was not home. Perhaps neighbours were out too? Fortunately the delivery was to a fairly secluded spot so less to be stolen from the doorstep. I would use this florist again.

Updated review: I received a reply from Janet of Stems of Burnside who explained certain flowers were unavailable as a result of covid. Appreciate that there may be supply issues but I did expect equivalent substitutes or a call from the florist if it was not possible to offer appropriate substitutes. In any event, Janet helpfully arranged for the original bouquet to be collected and a new bouquet delivered. It was a huge improvement from what was delivered originally. Website is easy to use and same day deliver as promised - the good points. However I am giving this florist the lowest rating because I was extremely disappointed with the birthday bouquet that I had ordered. This is the first time that I've used this florist. The variation and quantity of flowers differed greatly from the bouquet that I had ordered. It bore no resemblance to the bouquet (or its colours) that I had ordered. I appreciate that I ordered the same day so certain flowers may not have been available. However in my opinion, there appears to be minimal attempt to replace unavailable flowers with substitutes - this is evident by the overall lack of flowers and the increased quantity of foliage in the bouquet. I had also made a specific request for a type of flower not be included and this was annoyingly included in the bouquet and we have the most of this flower! I have just written to the Manager highlighting the issues and am waiting for an explanation as to what happened.
Contacted Stems by email from Edinburgh and they delivered a beautiful arrangement for our son & daughter in law’s anniversary - they loved the flowers!

Spectacular flowers were delivered - I was very pleased and mum was delighted. Beautiful peonies, lovely contrasting greenery - just gorgeous. Delivered on time, right place, and easy ordering. I'll be back!
