Our old dishwasher packed in on Tuesday so I ordered a replacement from Stellisons the same day which, amazingly, arrived the next day at 09:30 and was expertly installed before 09:45. I am truly amazed at the customer service. If I could give six stars I would!

We have just ordered a new range oven from Stellisons and although it hasn't even arrived yet we want to give a glowing review for Neil who assisted us with our purchase. We had been pulling our hair out looking at the normal various websites that sell kitchen appliances but so much has been out of stock so we just wanted to deal with a real person. He took the time to list all the items over the phone that were in stock and available for pretty much immediate delivery which was really helpful. We narrowed it down and went ahead with the purchase. However we then had issues with our bank cards and had to call the bank to get them to help and had numerous attempts at trying to pay. Neil was super patient and helpful and although it took up much of our day we did end the day having completed the purchase and as happy customers. We cannot rate his service highly enough and would certainly be calling Stellisons for help with any other purchases in the future.
