Great service, in fact the agent deserves a medal. Spent an hour looking for what I wanted and he then took my number to see if he could find something I needed, he would conduct further research and get back to me. That's 5 Star service!

I want to thank Stellisons, and particularly Charles in the Canterbury store, for being so helpful. I bought a Roberts radio/CD player but the CD bit went wrong. Charles arranged for it to go back to the manufacturers, kept me in touch with progress, and it is now home again and working perfectly. I have bought many items in this store over the years, and have always found the staff to be well-informed and very helpful. The range of goods is excellent and the prices compare well with other stores.

As ever, we were really impressed with the product knowledge of the staff. The member of staff did not rush us, was patient with every question and understood what we were after. The price was competitive and the delivery was held back until we were ready for installation of two new ovens. One oven had a lead missing but a quick visit to the showroom sorted that out on the spot with 'old-fashioned' courtesy, apologising for any inconvenience.

I was looking for home cinema components. But unfortunately the shop is predominately kitchen appliances built in and free standing. An excellent shop if that's what you're looking for.

Really helpful staff lovely electronics shop, much nicer laid out than curries, has some great offers, really deserves to be much busier than it is.
