Unfortunately not very well organized. At the reception they work sloppy. Once they interchanged my card with someone else, so I had to go home without my member card. Another time I didn't find my booklet with my personalized fitness program, it disappeared. I called to change an appointment with a trainer, and the secretary was super unfriendly, didn't understand what I needed even talking in perfect German, and just hang out. I am just waiting for the contract to finish to go to another gym or just train by myself with programs like freeletics.

Atrocious organization: Made an appointment for a trial training, upon arrival they tell me, that they have no capacity. What kind of mismanaged place is this? Told me to come back in a month... yeah sure
Everyone is speaking English there as well.
Tolles Studio, sehr nette Familie, super Trainer!
