Great, friendly little coffee shop with delicious cakes, good coffee and a big drinks menu. Visited three times across three days as it was the best option for quality coffee and dogs are very welcome. Also bought some to take home as they roast their own.
Excellent cafe. The staff are really friendly & kind and the service is immaculate, this is possibly because they like their jobs because the atmosphere is so good. Really refreshing to have great service by everyone.Helps the already tasty cake and coffee taste even better!
My friend and I visited on the 3/8/2020...and found Steep Street Coffee House to be very well set up and organised in terms of dealing with customers whilst mask wearing etc. They were polite when they advised there was a little wait before we could be seated but as soon as a table became free it was cleaned thoroughly and we were guided to it. The pots of tea were fab! And the food (crumpets & a flapjack) were delicious. Will definitely call in again when in Folkestone...
Steep Street's selection of coffees, teas, pastries, and brunch foods is simple, neat, and flavorful. After threading long walks by the sea, we would return here for either a caffeine boost or an indulgence of their homey, incredibly delicious baked goods. This place is definitely the best cafe I frequented in Folkestone.
