I took my little boy here today and will definitely be going back. Took time to find out exactly what hair cut I wanted and were super patient with my son.
Barber doesn’t do what you ask them to do. Also, wait times are atrocious. Don’t keep to appointment times. In response to the owner Thanks for the taking the time to respond but you are contradicting yourself there. On the one hand you say that you keep to an appointment but on the other that you are willing to check the system if my appointment started on time. Surely if all your appointments start and end within time there is no need to check the “system”. Given that haircuts are bespoke items (not all heads and haircuts are the same in layman terms), I’m not surprised appointments overrun - but unfortunately, yours more than most. I certainly know that mine didn’t start on time. Rather than receive the 15 refund, I would rather keep my details private given that you also have my phone number. Furthermore, you have totally ignored my first point that I made in the review. My advice to anyone wanting to go here is to not. Save your time and save your hair people!
