Best gym in town bar none. Full of serious lifters, always there to give advice and show you how, don't be afraid to ask. Great atmosphere and full of real lifters machines that make the difference. Fantastic value for money, you cannot go wrong. Steel City, where champions are made.

Absolutly love training here! Have been for a couple of years now! All the staff are so so helpful always happy to help, the members are also friendly and happy to help. Definitely reccomend this gym! Also get some of the strongest athletes training here!
Amazing old school gym, staff and members are the friendliest bunch and always willing to offer help and advice .
You will catch corona by going here, they don’t have any wipes for the members to clean the weights . And the staff don’t even clean them either. Apart from that it’s a nice, old fashioned gym.
