Love it! I don't buy fast food burgers at any of the other very popular restaurants. That's not exactly true -- for some reason I get a \craving\ for sliders once in awhile!!

Review update: From 1 star to 5. This time I ordered online, easy to use. My order was ready at the time specified, server was very pleasant and offered me ketchup without prompting. They also waited to make my drink until I arrived. Previous review: 1 star I waited almost 10 minutes at the counter to order to go at 11:45am on a Friday. No one acknowledged me at all, even to say \we'll be right with you.\ The kitchen was very busy, as the drive through had several cars. But only 2 tables were dine in, but a server was taking one order. There were 2 other guys talking and rearranging sauces behind the counter. I love Steak n Shake food, but I couldn't find out if this location was on par.
I paid cash for my purchase. How did you know that it was me that was at your store. Did you read my license number,or Are you stalking me. Even if l paid by credit card why does steak and shake, Culver's and McDonald's want to know about my purchase.Do you think I would be there if I did not like there products.When I pay cash I do not want want to be noticed. I WILL FIND OUT HOW YOU KNEW AND WILL NOTIFY THE PUBLIC ABOUT YOUR TACTICS.
Food was fast and good. The customer service is wonderful. This place is underrated.
The burgers are fresh and the fries are tasty it's a very good value
