The employees are always friendly at Stayner Tim Hortons. Today I took a coffee back that was purchased yesterday because there was grounds in the bottom of the cup and it was replaced with no questions asked. Over the years I've gotten to know some names of the employees and they know mine which makes the experience so much nicer. I love going there for my coffee because my coffee from Stayner Tim Hortons is 98 % of the time the best and the other 2 percent of the time it is fixed for me with friendliness. I go to this Tim's twice a day and I used to love it! Unfortunately that changed it used to be always fast paced and amazing friendly people. The evening shift now is so bad I wait 15min for my coffe. Very slow and not much care put to the job AT ALL
