I ordered a Stihl electric pruner saw last year when they were on sale. As there was no inventory, they put me on a list and told me they would call me back when it came in. I was not holding my breath. l had heard this line before. Imagine my surprise when they called me back this week and told me it was in! When I got to the store (very clean, BTW), a young lady named Gillian came walking by, asked me if I was Ralph and in a few moments came back with the saw. She then explained how to use it and care for it! She took the time and was so helpful! Thank you Gillian and all the staff at Huron Tractor. You guys could teach a lot of other JD dealers in the area how to properly treat their customers! Well done!!
