Without doubt, one of the worst commercial experiences I've ever encountered. Inept and egotistical leadership combined with a property product whereby the paying clients are treated with disdain. Light fittings not functioning, windows not operational, tired decor and missing safety features along with a property insurance policy which expired many many years ago. It's a miracle this place hasnt been shut down
