Sent a small parcel, paid for “Signed For” First Class and after tracking it online it NEVER left this place. The whole claim was difficult! PLEASE so be very very careful with this place. IT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Will never return.

Dropped a few small parcels off for work this afternoon. Lady behind the counter handled everything well and in good time - knew her stuff and offered the right things despite being the only staff member there.
