I love fish and chips and have them as a treat every now and then. I have not lived in Hibaldstow long and when friends ask me if I like living there, I say \it's got a great chippy\. The fish is cooked perfectly, just how I like it, in light fluffy batter and the chips are lovely - not greasy. The village is lucky to have a good chippy as they are hard to find these days.
