Absolutely the best towing service I’ve used in many years! Prompt service and the driver Edwin, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Moving a car that has been sitting for more than forty years can be tough, but he used his very evident experience and managed to get my car tucked into the garage even with locked up wheels. I cannot say enough good things but I will definitely refer people to ultimate towing!

Let me start by saying My morning started out horrible broke down in Morrisville North Carolina I am from clover South Carolina Ultimate towing pulled up And I got to meet Andrew He is very good at what he does He took the time to make sure my truck was safe He is a valuable employee does a great job If he was my employee I would take care of that guy Great workers are hard to come by these days and hes one of them thanks Andrew thanks ultimate towing Thank you for sending a great driver out to me
Answered first call said they had someone on there way in minutes. Very professional and great price will use them for now on. Tj was who done the tow great guy was quick and professional. Thanks again
USAA sent this company to tow my daughters car and the tow truck driver ask my daughter to bump into reverse so he could slowly lower the vehicle off the truck into parking space. When my daughter did as ask the car flew backwards off the flatbed with my daughter half in the vehicle hitting a car with the open door and causing significant damage to my daughters car and another vehicle. The car was not secured onto the bed. All the while the driver was complaining about how he had 3 cars to get and was wasting his time waiting for police. The manager came out and he nor the driver offered my daughter assistance securing her vehicle or asking if she was okay. SO disappointed - kindness goes a long way. My daughter could have been seriously injured because of the negligence. She should of never been asked to get into the vehicle and do HIS job.
Very pleasant and professional people to deal with. Shawn came up to Fancy Gap towed my rig to their shop do to a blown air compressor, constantly kept me updated on the progress, great guy!! THEY HAD A MECHANIC COME IN ON JULY 4TH AND COMPLETE THE WORK to get me going on my way WOW!!! If it was some other shop I'd be stuck there who know how long. Big thanks to Shawn and UltimateTowing I would recommend these guys over ANY others in the surrounding area.
