Lost my wallet in the bus. The cleaners here return it to the bus operator. Very honest workers. I was able to get my wallet back with everything in it, even the cash. You guys are awesome!

Today 11/03/2018 at 4:17 pm me ans my daughter were waiting for bus S59 northbound at the stop Richmond Ave/Leverett Ave. The bus ignored us and did not stop. It was obvious there are passengers at the stop: adult, 3 yo child and stroller. Terrible.
They have great drivers who make sure you get to your destination on time. Buses are always clean and haven't experienced any breakdowns(thankfully).
SIM8. Schedule does not accurately reflect service. Wait is generally 30 minutes for rush hour commuting and by the time the bus arrives it's standing room only.
