He’s a great doctor! Very experienced with special needs kids.The only downfall is a waiting time. Even when the office is empty you have to wait forever.

This doctor has poor bed manners. He is in a rush to let you go and minimize your feedback to him. He did not follow up with a return call after I left a message that my medication has not yet been called in to pharmacy. I even reached out to his assigned nurse and was informed that she will text him. Neither did I hear from him or the nurse. If there was a zero rating, he would have received it. Poor follow up means he does not care about his patients or their treatments.
Dr Rabinowitz is a great doctor! Not so great with Follow-Ups!!!
Doctor Rabinowitz is great but the office staff is terrible. The woman that answers the phone for him speaks so low it's almost impossible to hear her. She sounds totally uninterested in her job. My child has been a patient here for years and it never fails, every time I need a prescription refilled it takes several calls to get anything done, just for a refill! The pharmacy will repeatedly call as well as myself just to be told it's going to go in that day when in actuality it ends up being 2 wks or more of calls for someone to do anything. I will be switching to a Doctor in Manhattan just because of this awful office staff.
Went for first time yesterday, very caring doctor. Took time to evaluate and explain everything to me.
