I got the menu with the juice pairing, which I thought was a really nice touch since I don't drink much. Overall the meal was quite good on its own, but doesn't really live up to the Michelin star or the price in my opinion. Some interesting courses, but nothing really stood out. The beef tongue and the dumpling were favorites. Two of the courses were very similar in flavor, which feels like a bit of a waste. The dessert was very out of place and too sweet. I would've liked a lighter finish. Service was good and attentive. Ambiance was okay but nothing special. There's a lot of good food in Prague and this just wasn't worth the splurge unfortunately.

It would not be fair to give any less than full score. Our expectations for the restaurant considered to be the best in Prague for many years were high. The space is nice and flawless but the sitting was not optimal due to Covid measures, I would appreciate to face the space rather than the wall. The menu is brief but offers nice and inspiring wine selection. Dishes were all great but the appetizer was too much tomato taste. The menu is fairly price but the wines are not and drive the bill up. Service is professional. Good experience but nothing special.
The chef's tasting menu is absolutely out of this world and guaranteed to tinkle your taste buds. Do not hesitate to give it a try if you're in Prague!
I had high expectations and they were met. Service is very nice and attentive, food is delicious. I really enjoyed watching the \orchestra\ in kitchen. I'll definitely come back. Thanks for such nice experience you provide.
Service was great but food was less than expected.. some of the flavors didn't go well, overuse of dill oil that overpowers other flavors, and this was repeatedly used in few dishes. Wish there had been more play on textures. Interesting take on traditional Czech cuisine though. However I would expect a little more, given the michelin star and the price point.
A diamond in the rough in terms of service. In Prague it's not easy to find good serving staff. At La Degustation they were extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and polite. They gave good advice on a bottle of wine. The food was divine. It met and surpassed expectations and there were a few extra dishes which were a nice surprise. I will be thinking about this meal for some time. The restaurant was comfortable and had a very calm atmosphere. A well deserved Michelin star ️... Also a very nice toilet.
We had an amazing dinner here. The manager made sure everything was perfect including the temperature as it was a bit too warm inside at first. Beautiful restaurant and amazing food. Been to many Michelin restaurants but the venison dish I had here was by far the best dish I ever had.
Absolutely brilliant restaurant in Prague. Service 10/10, food 10/10. Mushroom truffle course is to die for.
