My car broke down over the weekend, it was late Saturday evening. Seen by AA, and they were unable to repair the car and advised to send it to this garage. Left the car overnight, and I left the keys in the hatch as they were not open until Monday. Gave them a ring first thing Monday morning, and they got the car repaired on the same day! They were initially not sure whether they will have time to do it as it seemed they were well fully booked, but they managed to do it which is brilliant! I think I was charged appropriately, I can't say I know much about car repairs and parts, but when I spoke to my friends it was appropriate for what they did. All in all, very pleased with the service, and the lady on the phone was really helpful and polite. Will definitely go again if needed
