Great little burger place with flavoursome burgers (that you can personalise) and a great selection of flavoured beers from around the world. The chips were really good too! The decor is a good mix of modern and traditional and the staff are really friendly and helpful!

To make it short: one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The meat is very juicy, the toppings are perfectly selected, the price to value is good: you get a burger, fries and a drink for 12. The staff is very friendly, the shop is very modern and clean.
The fries are really, really good, better than any other burger place in Strasbourg in my opinion. If you like a simple burger, where the beef is the star of the burger then you will love this. I find the burgers at Big Fernand more flavourful. Nevertheless, I will definitely return to Starling.

Would rate with 1 star just to get a free one because they are too good! But that would be an injustice for the best burgers of Strasbourg. 6 out of 5 stars if you ask me, keep up the good work!
