Super fun yoga studio! They taught me several new techniques and are great for refining your skills. The instructors are top notch and extremely talented in their craft. I highly recommend giving a class a try!

I’ve been coming to Stardust for almost two years. It’s so much more than a fitness studio, it’s basically a community! Joe, the owner, keeps constantly bringing in new stuff, so it’s never ever boring! It’s challenging yet fun! Doing aerial fitness classes makes you release your inner child and get amazing results! I’m very happy that I found this place, because working out should be about having fun, and that’s what I found here
Took my sister here for her birthday. We have been wanting to try aerial yoga for a while now. We arrived a couple minutes late and still got greeted warmly. The instructor was great and very patient. She starts by giving you a safety briefing and letting you know that you are safe. This is important as it helps you trust that you are able to perform the moves. It was a really fun class and afterwards we felt energetic and stress free. I recommend you try this if you’re thinking about it. This studio is far from our house but we liked it so much we are going to buy a class pass!
