Lovely inside. Haven't used the drive-thru. The food was great, and the Hot Chocolate was tasty. The staff dealt with our order quickly.
We went today to sit inside which was going to be my first time eating in any where.the only seats you were allowed to sit at inside where 4 tables all in a row and although they had plastic partition between them they were very close together and certainly did make me feel comfortable. So we had takeaway
This place was dirty, the floor and tables were covered in crumbs and left over food. The bin was overflowing, it wasn't a nice place for a quiet cup of coffee. Claiming to have measures in place to provide a safe and healthy visit, sitting at a dirty, crumbed table, with debris on the floor isn't the epitome of cleanliness nor does it inspire confidence that your money was wanted. The constant noise is off putting, shouting at customers going through the drive through and the blenders going off. It's not a coffee shop, it's an industrial machine, churning out poor quality, heavily sweetened and calorific drinks and food. Even in desperate times, I regret visiting this Starbucks.
Staff brilliant very friendly. Love the drive thru and fast service.
