Was not happy with my experience today sadly. Made it very clear what I wanted and sadly they did not deliver. 3 young employers chatting and not paying any attention. Pretty rude and unorganised. I ordered an ice coffee and I recieved a cup of milk. Your drinks are not cheap. And can usually be worth the price. But I paid full price for coffee and recieved milk? Sadly because where you are located it would be much more hassle driving back and I needed to get my 5 year old to school. I noticed 2 other cars recieved wrong orders too.
Wanted to say a huge thank you to staff working at 17.30 on 27.10.20. I broke down in the drive thru and the staff were lovely and helpful especially the girls. Made a stressful situation so much easier. THANK YOU
PROS: Chilled out atmosphere, friendly staff, comfy seating, drive-thru and sit-in available. CONS: No power outlets for laptops/smartphones, poorly maintained facilities (no toilet paper in any of the WCs).
