Fairly sure that i have reviewed this before, but here goes. Very enjoyable place to enjoy a coffee and something to eat. Good selection of coffees, teas etc. Also an array of rolls, panninis, cakes etc. Excellent staff who are always friendly and helpful. Like i said, a good place to relax and enjoy a coffee.
Delicious coffee, spacious sitting area, hardworking friendly staff. However, the company could invest more effort into the decorations as it seems quite empty in comparison to other Starbucks that you visit in central London. Come on Starbucks, we are waiting for more cosy features.
I don't enjoy being negative about places that I visit but Starbucks on Dagenham Heathway had no atmosphere, it was dark and felt unfriendly. The person who took my order was pleasant whereas the young lady who gave me my drinks didn't smile didn't speak and acted like a zombie. They won't see me again, that's for sure!
Small but efficient. Friendly staff and great seating format.
