Not helpful one bit. As I couldn't get my vehicle through the drive through after saying oh you would be fine. They refused to serve me as I was not aloud to walk around or go into the building to order. I had a 4 and a half hour journey home and just wanted a warm drink for the travels. Not impressed in the slightest with the service or politeness. Not helpful one bit.

Always great staff, coffee and food whichever branch you visit
Dirty table, staff using the only comfortable tables and chairs to eat food they'd brought from subway. A family taking 2 tables talking across our table and letting child run betwee the 2 tables. Wasn't the nice experience it used to be in there we actually wished we'd just gone through the drive through.
It’s a star buck, the same as all the rest, but its in hartlepool not Edinburgh!! Why are you selling Edinburgh mugs not hartlepool ones
